Geometric trend – A/W 2012

Bold and striking squares, triangles and circles appeared in Spring this year and are making their presence felt this autumn.

We saw them on the catwalk: Prada, Rochas and Kenzo to name just a few. Now we can all buy them on the High Street. What is more, the yellows, oranges and burgundies are just perfect for Autumn.

Next has a particularly strong selection of geometric print, including blouses, trousers and jackets. To my mind, this is one of their stronger collections for many a season. At £30 for the blouses and £35 for a pair of trousers this is great value fashion.

Top Shop also has a few pieces, including these fabulous shoes:

High street stalwart Zara also has a good choice of separates with geometric print.  This blouse goes fantastically well with a black skirt or trousers and a soft, wide belt.  Tan boots would make a good finishing touch.img_1034
